On the addition of the List of border gates applying customs declarations for people on exit and entry

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP dated July 26, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to the Minister of Finance's Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC dated August 14, 2015, on regulating the form, printing regime, issuance, management and use of customs declarations for people on exit and entry;

Pursuant to the Minister of Finance's Circular No. 52/2017/TT-BTC dated May 19, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC dated August 14, 2015, on regulating the form, printing regime, issuance, management and use of customs declarations for people on exit and entry;

Pursuant to the Ministry of Public Security's Official Dispatch No. 3722/BCA-A08 dated December 6, 2019, on the provision of information on equipping passport readers and connecting to computer network at the border gates;

At the proposal of the Director General of Customs,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To add another border gate applying customs declarations for people on exit and entry according to the forms to the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC dated August 14, 2015, which was amended and supplemented under Circular No. 52/2017/TT-BTC dated May 19, 2017, on regulating the form, printing regime, issuance, management and use of customs declarations for people on exit and entry. To be specific:

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.

Article 3. The Director General of Customs, Chief Office of the Ministry of Finance, Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision./.
