Our personal data protection policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") aims to inform you about the personal data which we collect and process, the purpose of data processing, the method of data processing, the time of data storage, your rights and obligations regarding your personal data in accordance with Vietnamese law on personal data protection.

The Policy applies to LuatVietnam’s all services. We shall provide additional information regarding each specific service as needed.

PERSONAL DATA THAT LUATVIETNAM COLLECT AND PROCESS

Your personal data which are processed by LuatVietnam include without limitation the following information and may be changed depending on the type of services and the way you interact with LuatVietnam:

1. Basic personal data of an individual include:

• Family name, middle name and first name shown in birth registration certificate, and other names (if any);
• Day, month and year of birth;
• Gender;
• Place of birth, place of birth registration, place of permanent residence, place of temporary residence, current place of residence, native place, and contact address;
• Citizenship;
• Image;
• Phone number, people’s identity card number, personal identification number, passport number;
• Marital status;
• Information on family relationships (parents, children);
• Information on digital account of the individual; personal data reflecting activities and history of activities of the individual in cyberspace.

2. Sensitive personal data of an individual include:

•  Payment information: payment method (Cash/Bank transfer/Installment), payer and other payment information.

3. Other personal data such as: your evaluation, service rating and other information that supports the provision of our services suitably and efficiently; Other personal data arising during the process of providing services and during your use of services and interaction with us.

THE METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

We uses one or more methods to process and impact your personal data, including but not limited to: collection, recording, analysis, confirmation, storage, editing, disclosure, combination, access, withdrawal, encryption, decryption, copy, share, transmission, provision, transfer, deletion, destruction of the personal data or other related actions.

ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE ENTITLED TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Here, you agree that, in order to provide you with the best services, LuatVietnam are entitled to combine with the following organizations and individuals to process your personal data:     

1. Organizations and individuals that are partners or affiliated with LuatVietnam. We ensure that they are trustworthy organizations and individuals. In this case, the processing of your personal data shall be carried out on our instructions, in accordance with this Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures;
2. Competent agencies in accordance with the provisions of law.

We commit that this joint processing of personal data shall only be carried out when it is necessary to fulfill the Purpose or according to the provisions of law.

THE TIME OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION

LuatVietnam shall process your personal data from the time the Purposes arises until:

1. We receive your written statement that clearly indicates that you want to withdraw your consent to data processing or request to terminate data processing. In this case, we are still allowed to store necessary data to perform the contracts/services that the two parties have agreed and signed;
2. We receive a request to end the processing of personal data from a competent agency;
3. The purpose of processing personal data has been completed or is no longer necessary or relevant.

THE WAY TO CORRECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

To adjust your personal data, you can do the following:

1. With login information to your account on website Luatvietnam.vn, you can make changes to your personal data right on our website. LuatVietnam notes that you are responsible for protecting your account information and login password during the process of using, interacting, and experiencing our services;
