THE SOCIAL SECURITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY

Official Dispatch No. 1012/BHXH-QLT dated May 22, 2017 of the Social Security of Ho Chi Minh City on rate of compulsory social security contribution to the Occupational Accident and Occupational Disease Insurance Fund effective as of June 1, 2017

Pursuant to the Law on Social Security No. 58/2014/QH13 adopted by the National Assembly on November 20, 2014; the Law on Occupational Sanitation and Safety No. 84/2015/QH13 adopted by the National Assembly on June 25, 2015; the Government’s Decree No. 44/2017/ND-CP dated April 14, 2017 on the rate of compulsory social security contribution to the Occupational Accident and Occupational Disease Insurance Fund.

The Ho Chi Minh city Social Security hereby announces that the rate of compulsory payment to the Occupational Accident and Occupational Disease Insurance Fund in force as of June 1, 2017 that is paid by the employer on a monthly basis is 0.5%, calculated on top of the employee’s salary./.
