Decree No. 37/2020/ND-CP supplementing the List of sectors and trades eligible for investment

DECREE

On supplementing the List of sectors and trades eligible for investment incentives issued together with the Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP of the

Government dated November 12, 2015 on detailing and guiding the implementation a number of Articles in the Law on Investment

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Investment dated November 26, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Support for Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises dated June 12, 2017;

At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment;

The Government hereby issues the Decree on the List of sectors and trades eligible for investment incentives issued together with the Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated November 12, 2015 on detailing and guiding the implementation a number of Articles in the Law on Investment.

Article 1. To supplement Clause 2 into Section V of part B of the Appendix I on the List of sectors and trades eligible for investment incentives issued together with the Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated November 12, 2015 on detailing and guiding the implementation a number of Articles in the Law on Investment as follow:

“2. Business investment activities in compliance with the Law on Support for Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises including:

a)                Investment on trading in product distribution chains of small- and  medium-sized enterprises;

b)               Investment on trading of incubation institution of small- and medium-sized enterprises;

c)                 Investment on trading of technical support institution of small- and  medium-sized enterprises;

d)               Investment on trading of common working space for small- and medium-sized enterprises on creative start-up.”

Article 2. Effect and organization of implementation

1.This Decree takes effect on May 15, 2020.

2. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees within the function and task scope shall give the instruct and implement this Decree./.
