Providing suspension from temporary import for
re-export of Monazite ores and concentrates

Pursuant to the June 12, 2017 Law on Foreign Trade Management;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 96/2022/ND-CP of November 29, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP of May 15, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Agency of Foreign Trade;

The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular providing suspension from temporary import for re-export of Monazite ores and concentrates

Article 1. Scope of Regulation

This Circular provides suspension from temporary import for re-export of Monazite ores and concentrates.

Article 2. Subjects of application

1. Traders engaged in conducting temporary import for re-export of Monazite ores and concentrates.

2. Agencies, organizations, and individuals related to temporary import for re-export of Monazite ores and concentrates.

Article 3. Suspension from temporary import for re-export of Monazite ores and concentrates

To suspend temporary import for re-export of Monazite ores and concentrates (category 26.12, code 2612.20.00).

Article 4. Effect

This Circular takes effect from May 13, 2024 to December 31, 2027.

Article 5. Organization of implementation

Any problems arising in the course of implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for settlement.-
