TO VERIFY DEGREES AND CERTIFICATES OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES
 

On August 31, 2015, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued the Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BNV on amending the Article 6 of the Circular No. 15/2012/TT-BNV dated December 25, 2012 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the recruitment and signing the employment contracts and compensation for training costs applicable to the civil servants.

Accordingly, within 15 days, from the date on which the decision on approval for the recruitment results, the head of the agency or unit competent to recruit civil servants (hereinafter referred to as recruiting agency) shall send notifications of recruitment to successful candidates in writing by post at their registered addresses and publicly post the notification at the headquarters and on the website of the recruiting agency.

LIFE INSURANCE MUST REGISTER THE CONTRACT FORMS
 

This requirement is prescribed in the Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015 of the Prime Minister on amending a number of articles of the Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg on promulgation of essential goods and services for which contract forms and general transaction conditions must be registered.

In particular, beside life insurance, terrestrial mobile information services (form of payment: prepay service) and issue of inland debit cards, open and use payment account service (applicable to individual customers), individual borrow service (for consumption purpose) is  add to the List of essential goods and services for which contract forms and general transaction conditions from October 15, 2015.

BANNED FROM MOTORBIKE DRIVING WITH THE VISION LESS THAN 4/10
 

This is a part of the Joint-Circular No. 24/2015/TTLT-BYT-BGTVT dated August 21, 2015 of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Transport on the Regulations on health standards for drivers, medical facilities for checking up driver’s health.

Specifically, health standards for the driver driving vehicles of category A1 are as follows: the driver mustn’t have less than 4/10 vision, even with glasses; the driver doesn’t suffer from color blindness and can distinguish red, yellow and green colors, and doesn’t have mental and physical disabilities; the driver doesn’t use drugs that exceed the legal alcohol intake limit from driving…..

ENTITLEMENTS FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN ANIMAL HEALTH ACTIVITIES
UNDER STATE’S REQUIREMENTS
