MAY IS THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACTION MONTH
 

In accordance with the Circular No. 02/2017/TT-BLDTBXH dated February 20, 2017 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the guidelines for organization of the occupational safety and health action month, the Occupational Safety and Health Action Month shall be organized from the 01st day to 31st day of May every year.

Contents of the Occupational Safety and Health Action Month is to focus on the organization and performance of specific actions to develop the topic of the Occupational Safety and Health Action Month; regulations of the Law on occupational safety and health, requirements, directions and orientations in occupational safety and health affairs; objectives to improve working conditions, prevent occupational accidents and occupational disease, and foster a civilized lifestyle and labor safety culture at the workplace.

Business and production establishments shall review and organize drilling and training activities in occupational safety

TIME LIMIT OF AN AUDIT DOES NOT EXCEED 60 DAYS
 

Audit process issued by the State Audit Office of Vietnam on December 23, 2016 is attached with the Decision No. 08/2016/QD-KTNN, prescribing that the audit process comprises 4 steps such as Preparation; Performance; Making and sending audit reports; Oversight of performance of audit conclusions and audit requests.

In accordance with the process, time limit of an audit begins from the date on which a decision on audit is announced until the completion of the audit. Time limit of an audit does not exceed 60 days. In a case deemed necessary to extend the time limit of an audit, State Auditor General shall grant an extension not exceeding 30 days. TO PUBLIC THE LIST OF FOCAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS
 

On February 16, 2017, the Ministry of Information and communications issued the Circular No. 01/2017/TT-BTTTT on the List of focal information technology products. The list is intended for the development of the system of focal informational technology products; is used as a source of reference for investment activities, tax and preference policies; serves the management of import, export, quality and other activities regarding information technology products.

LIST OF POTENTIALLY UNSAFE GOODS AND PRODUCTS
 

The List of potentially unsafe goods and products under the management of the ministry of information and communications is issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications on December 26, 2016 at the Circular No. 42/2016/TT-BTTTT.
