Decree No. 12/2020/ND-CP ceasing effect of a number of Articles of the Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP

DECREE

Providing for invalidation of Article 63, Point c, Clause 1 of Article 64, and Point b, Clause 2, and Clause 3, of Article 65, of the Government’s Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP of March 8, 2019, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Fisheries^[1]

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on the Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the June 22, 2015 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;

Pursuant to the June 25, 2015 Law on the State Budget;

Pursuant to the November 21, 2017 Law on Fisheries;

At the proposal of the Minister-Chairperson of the Government Office;

The Government promulgates the Decree providing for invalidation of Article 63, Point c, Clause 1 of Article 64, and Point b, Clause 2, and Clause 3, of Article 65, of the Government’s Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP of March 8, 2019, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Fisheries.

Article 1.To invalidate the provisions of Article 63, Point c, Clause 1 of Article 64, and Point b, Clause 2, and Clause 3, of Article 65, of the Government’s Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP of March 8, 2019, detailing a number of articles of, and measures to implement, the Law on Fisheries until they are revised in accordance with law, Party’s policies, and directions of the Government and Prime Minister.

Article 2.This Decree takes effect on the date of its signing.

Article 3.Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees, and related agencies shall implement this Decree.-
