CIRCULAR
Promulgating the List of sports activities for which coaching is mandatory and List of extreme sports activities [1]
Pursuant to the Law on Physical Training and Sports and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Physical Training and Sports;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 36/2019/ND-CP of April 29, 2019, detailing a number of articles of the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Physical Training and Sports;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 79/2017/ND-CP of July 17, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the proposal of the Director of the Directorate of Physical Training and Sports;
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgates the Circular promulgating the list of sports activities for which coaching is mandatory and list of extreme sports activities.
Article 1. Lists promulgated together with this Circular
To promulgate together with this Circular 2 (two) lists, including:
1. The list of sports activities for which coaching is mandatory;
2. The list of extreme sports activities.
Article 2. Implementation organization responsibility
1. The Directorate of Physical Training and Sports shall guide and inspect the implementation of this Circular.
2. The Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism or Departments of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally run cities shall organize the implementation of this Circular.
Article 3. Effect
1. This Circular takes effect on September 1, 2019.
2. Any problems arising in the course of implementation of this Circular should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for study and settlement.-
