RESOLUTION

On continuing the payment of support for employees under the National Assembly Standing Committee's Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, amended and supplemented under the Law No. 65/2020/QH14;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 30/2021/QH15 on the first session of the 15^th National Assembly;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021, on promulgating the support policy from the Unemployment Insurance Fund for employers and employees affected by the Covid-19 pandemic;

After considering the Government’s Report No. 263/TTr-CP dated August 08, 2022 and the Social Committee's Verification Report No. 1006/BC-UBXH15 dated August 10, 2022;

RESOLVES:

Article 1. Continuing the payment of support for employees

1. An amount equivalent to VND 1,155 billion from the balance of the Unemployment Insurance Fund shall be used to pay for employees eligible for support under Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 dated September 24, 2021, who have submitted dossiers on schedule.

2. Time limit for completing the payment of support for employees is September 10, 2022.

3. Funding for support payment specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall be settled in the fiscal year 2022.

Article 2. Implementation organization

1. The Government is assigned to implement the payment on schedule, and report the implementation of Resolution No. 03/2021/UBTVQH15 and this Resolution at the meeting in September 2022 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

2. The National Assembly Standing Committee, Nation council, Social Committee, Finance and Budget Committee and other Committees of the National Assembly, National Assembly delegation and delegates shall supervise the implementation of this Resolution.

3. The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, employees’ representative organizations and other member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front shall participate in propagandizing, mobilizing and supervising the implementation of this Resolution.

Article 3. Effect

This Resolution takes effect on the date of adoption.

This Resolution was adopted on August 11, 2022, by the XV^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 14^th session.
