On announcement of newly-issued and repealed administrative procedures in the field of social insurance under the Ministry of Home Affairs’ state management

THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 25/2025/ND-CP dated February 21, 2025, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010, on controlling administrative procedures; the Government's Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decrees concerning control of administrative procedures; and the Government’s Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 7, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decrees concerning control of administrative procedures;

Pursuant to Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP dated October 31, 2017, of the Minister-Chairperson of the Government Office, providing guidelines on control of administrative procedures;

At the proposal of the Director of the Salary and Social Insurance Department and the Chief of the Ministry Office.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To announce, together with this Decision, the newly-issued and repealed administrative procedures in the field of social insurance under the Ministry of Home Affairs’ management (as set forth in the Appendix hereto).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2025.

Administrative procedures promulgated under the Minister of Home Affairs’ Decision No. 318/QD-BNV dated April 8, 2025, regarding the announcement of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of social insurance under the Ministry of Home Affairs’ management, as set forth in the Appendix hereto, are repealed.

Article 3. The Chief of the Office of the Ministry, Director of the Salary and Social Insurance Department, Director of the Legal Affairs Department, Heads of units under and attached to the Ministry, and heads of the relevant units shall implement this Decision./.
