MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending article 3 of the Government’s Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008,

Pursuant to the Decision No. 3358/QD-BNN-DMDN dated December 14, 2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the establishment of Council of evaluating operation efficiencies and enterprise rating,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issued Working Regulations of the Council of evaluating operation efficiencies and enterprise rating attached to this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.

Article 3. Office Manager, Manager – Head of Agricultural Enterprise Management and Innovation Board, member of the Council of evaluating operation efficiencies and enterprise rating, heads of relevant units, one-member limited liability companies directly under the Ministry shall implement this Decision./.
