CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Health’s Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT dated October 30, 2018 on promulgation of list of pharmacochemical drugs, biological products, radioactive drugs and tracers covered by health insurance, insurance coverage ratio and payment conditions thereof

Pursuant to the Law on Health Insurance No. 25/2008/QH12 dated November 14, 2008, amended and supplemented by the Law No. 46/2014/QH13 dated June 13, 2014;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 75/2017/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Health Insurance,

The Minister of Health hereby promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Health’s Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT dated October 30, 2018 on promulgation of list of pharmacochemical drugs, biological products, radioactive drugs and tracers covered by health insurance, insurance coverage ratio and payment conditions thereof,

Article 1. To amend and supplement Points a and b, Clause 7, Article 4 of the Minister of Health’s Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT dated October 30, 2018 on promulgation of list of pharmacochemical drugs, biological products, radioactive drugs and tracers covered by health insurance, insurance coverage ratio and payment conditions thereof (hereinafter referred to as the Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT) as follows:

a) Their active ingredients are on the Lists provided in Appendix 01 or Appendix 02;

b) Administration route, dosage form and class of hospital are consistent with the Lists provided in Appendix 01 or Appendix 02.

Article 2. To add Tenofovir + Lamivudine + Dolutegravir into Subgroup 6.3.1 - HIV/AIDS medicines in Subgroup 6.3 - Antiviral drugs of Group 6 - Antiparasitic and antibacterial drugs provided in Appendix 01 - List of pharmacochemical drugs and biological products covered by health insurance, attached to the Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT as follows:

Article 3. Effect

This Circular takes effect on January 15, 2021.

Any difficulties and problems arising in the course of implementation should be promptly reported in writing to the Ministry of Health for consideration and settlement./.
