RESOLUTION

On adjustments to the 2026 Legislative Programme

THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which has a number of articles amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to Law No. 57/2014/QH13 on Organisation of the National Assembly, which has a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;

Pursuant to Law No. 64/2025/QH15 on Promulgation of Legal Documents, which has a number of articles amended and supplemented under Law No. 87/2025/QH15;

Considering the Government’s Reports No. 178/TTr-CP of April 7, 2026, No. 255/TTr-CP of April 23, 2026, No. 280/TTr-CP of May 4, 2026, the Supreme People’s Procuracy’s Reports No. 17/TTr-VKSNDTC of May 7, 2026, and No. 21/TTr-VKSNDTC of May 14, 2026, and the Standing Body of the Legal and Judicial Affairs Committee’s Report No. 217/BC-UBPLTP16 of May 22, 2026,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. To adjust the 2026 Legislative Programme

To add the following drafts to the 2026 Legislative Programme for submission to the National Assembly for opinion and passage at the 2^nd session (October 2026):

1. (Revised) Law on Occupational Safety and Health;

2. Law on Legal Documents (replacing the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents);

3. Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Vietnamese Guest Workers;

4. The National Assembly’s Resolution on pilot implementation of non-conviction-based recovery and handling of assets related to criminal offenders.

Article 2. Organisation of implementation

To assign submitting agencies, agencies in charge of verification, agencies participating in verification, and schedule for submission to the National Assembly Standing Committee for opinion on the drafts of laws and resolutions of the National Assembly that are added to the 2026 Legislative Programme as follows:

Article 3. Effect

This Resolution takes effect on the date of its adoption.

This Resolution was adopted on May 25, 2026, by the 16^th National Assembly Standing Committee of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.-
