- Office of the Provincial Party Committee, Inspection Committee and Departments of the Provincial Party Committee;
- Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council;
- Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and provincial socio-political organizations;
- Departments, sectors and units located in the province;
- Party committees of districts, towns and cities;
- People’s Councils, People’s Committees and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of districts, towns and cities.
In the face of the extremely complicated development of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee reaches an agreement on imposing social distancing measure under the Prime Minister’s Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31, 2020 in Vung Tau City from 00:00 on July 14, 2021 to the end of July 27, 2021. In order to ensure the convenience for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers moving between Vung Tau City and other localities in the province for official reasons, the Provincial People's Committee hereby requests:
1. Only cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers who are working in political agencies and units are allowed to move between Vung Tau City and other localities in the province for official reasons (such as combat duty, agency duty, handling confidential documents and other necessary tasks upon request) when fully presenting the following documents at the pandemic control checkpoints:
- A civil servant card or certificate of working at a political agency or unit (having a 4x6 photo with affixed seal).
- A written commitment with the agency's or unit's certification of the moving from home to office without stopping or visiting other places.
2. Heads of Departments, sectors, branches, agencies, units and localities in the province shall strengthen the management, prepare plans on appointing people to work at agencies and units; urgently disseminate the above requirements and issue written certifications to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, ensuring both effective implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control measures, and assigned tasks.
3. Pandemic control checkpoints at the gateway of Vung Tau City must fully check relevant documents and resolutely refuse cases of failing to comply with regulations./.
