- People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.
In consideration of the proposal in the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Document No. 805/BVHTTDL-TCDL dated March 12, 2022, regarding the resumption of tourism in a safe and effective manner in the new normal, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam requests as follows:
1. The Ministry of Health shall urgently amend provisions and requirements for incoming tourists in the new normal according to the direction provided in the Resolution No. 25/NQ-CP dated March 07, 2022; send them to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism before March 15, 2022 for summarization, completion and announcement of the Plan for resumption of tourism in the new normal in accordance with the spirit of “safe and flexible adaptation and effective control over the COVID-19 pandemic”.
2. Ministries, sectors and localities shall, within their ambit of functions, tasks and competence, actively coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in organizing tourism activities in a safe, effective and convenient manner.
The Government Office hereby informs the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, relevant agencies and localities for implementation./.
