Implementing the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister (Official document No.2026/TTg-TCCV dated 21 November 2008), the Prime Minister’s Special Task Force designed a report template on the progress and implementation results of Project 30 for ministries and provinces (attached).
The Prime Minister’s Special Task Force requests monthly reports be delivered monthly by the day of 25th on the progress and implementation results of Project 30 in your ministries and provinces, using the attached template./

1. Results of Administrative Procedures (APs) inventories: specify the number of APs inventoried and not yet inventoried

2. APs to be inventoried include newly issued APs; APs replacing, amending, supplementing inventoried APs and their AP dossiers entered into e-Guillotine.
3. Inventoried APs with their AP dossiers inputted into e-Guillotine that expired due to replacement, amendment or the expiry of their regulating legal documents.
4. Review results of APs: specify the number of reviewed APs; APs which are amended, supplemented, or simplified as authorized; APs which are proposed for amendment or supplementing - this item is only applied in the review of APs (2nd phase of Project 30).
5. Results of implementation in reality of petitions for APs simplification - this content is only applied in the 3rd phase of Project 30.
6. Changes in organizational structure and personnel of ministerial and provincial Task Forces.
7. Work schedule to be implemented: specify work contents and estimated deadlines.
8. Obstacles, difficulties and shortcomings to be resolved: specify difficulties in terms of personnel, equipment, technology, etc. (if any) and solutions proposed by Minister/Heads of ministry level agencies.
9. Proposals, recommendations: specify specific proposals and recommendations to the Government, the Prime Minister, the Prime Minister’s Special Task Force.
