Promulgating the Technical process on rubber trees

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 15/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Crop Production and the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To promulgated together with Decision the “Technical process on rubber trees”.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.

Article 3. The Chief of Ministerial Office and Directors of the Planning Department, and the Science, Technology and Environment Department; Directors General of the Department of Crop Production and the Plant Protection Department; the Director of the National Agriculture Extension Center; the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company; Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally-run cities; and relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision./.
