Official Dispatch No. 5500/SNV-VLATLD HCMC report employment of foreign workers in the first 6 months of 2025

             To: Organizations and enterprises operating in Ho Chi Minh City

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP dated December 30, 2020, on foreign workers in Vietnam and recruitment and management of Vietnamese workers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam.

The Department of Home Affairs requests units to report on the employment of foreign workers in accordance with Article 6 of the Government’s Decree No. 152/2020/ND-CP dated December 30, 2020, specifically as follows:

- Report form: Form No. 07/PLI provided in Appendix to Decree No. 70/2023/ND-CP dated September 18, 2023, of the Government.

- Reporting period data: data on foreign workers consolidated from December 15, 2024, to June 14, 2025.

- Reporting period: From June 20, 2025, to June 30, 2025. After June 30, 2025, the Department of Home Affairs shall consolidate and report to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the People's Committee of the City in accordance with regulations.

             - Method of report submission: organizations and enterprises shall access the Google Form link: https://forms.gle/8mCzzjMCBv5Zt4Ze6 or scan the QR code to access the link for the Report on the Employment of Foreign Workers and submit the report online to the Department of Home Affairs (via the Division of Employment - Labor Safety), including the data on foreign workers and a scanned copy of the report bearing signature and red seal (PDF file) to facilitate monitoring and consolidation.

The Department of Home Affairs hereby requests organizations and enterprises to duly implement the above in accordance with regulations./.
