DECREE

Annulling Decree No. 30/2003/ND-CP dated April 1, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of government-attached agencies

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;

At the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,

DECREES:

Article 1.

To annul Decree No. 30/2003/ND-CP dated April 1, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures of government-attached agencies.

Articles 2.

Government-attaches agencies shall perform their functions, tasks, powers and organizational structures under the Government’s management by ministries and ministerial-level agencies in charge of relevant branches and
