DECREE

PLACING THE NATIONAL STORE DEPARTMENT UNDER DIRECT CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Government in its session on the 16th of May 1995,

DECREES :

Article 1.- To place the National Store Department under direct control of the Government.

Article 2.- This Decree takes effect from the date of its promulgation. All the previous regulations which are contrary to this Decree are now annulled.

The Minister-Director of the Office of the Government, the Director of the National Store Department, the Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, and the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decree.
