DECISION
ASSIGNING THE QUOTAS FOR EQUITIZATION AND DIVERSIFICATION OF THE FORMS OF OWNERSHIP OF STATE ENTERPRISES (STAGE 1) IN 2000
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the overall plan on reorganization of the State enterprises according to the Prime Ministers Directive No. 20/1998/CT-TTg of April 21, 1998;
At the proposals of the Central Committee for Enterprises Management Renewal and the concerned agencies, localities and units,
Pursuant to the overall plan on reorganization of the State enterprises according to the Prime Ministers Directive No. 20/1998/CT-TTg of April 21, 1998;
At the proposals of the Central Committee for Enterprises Management Renewal and the concerned agencies, localities and units,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- The number of the State enterprise shall be equitized according to the Government’s Decree No. 44/1998/ND-CP of June 29, 1998 and have their ownership diversified according to the Government’s Decree No. 103/1999/ND-CP of September 10, 1999 in 2000 (stage 1) as specified in the Appendix enclosed werewith.
Article 2.- The ministries, the ministerial-level agencies, the agencies attached to the Government, the People’s Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities, and Corporations 91 shall base on the quotas assigned in Article 1 and the competence specified in Decree No. 44/1998/ND-CP of June 29, 1998, Decree No. 103/1999/ND-CP of September 10, 1999 to concretize the implementation.
Article 3.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.
The ministers, the heads of ministerial-level agencies, the heads of agencies attached to the Government, the presidents of the People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the management board of corporation 91 listed in Article 1 shall have to implement this Decision.
