Decision No. 903/QD-BHXH dated September 06, 2011 of Vietnam Social Insurance on authorizing the allowance for finishing trainee time and appointing to scale of civil servants for the people who are chosen in 2010 admission

GENERAL DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM SOCIAL INSURANCE

Pursuant to the Decree No. 94/2008/ND-CP dated August 22, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Vietnam Social Insurance;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 116/2003/ND-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on recruiting, using and managing officers, civil servants in state non-business units; Decree No. 121/2006/ND-CP dated October 23, 2006 of the Government amending, supplementing some articles of the Decree No. 116/2003/ND-CP;

At the proposal of the Head of Labor Organization Board,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To authorize Directors of provincial and municipal Social Insurances to evaluate results of trainee time, allow for finishing trainee time and appointing to scale of civil servants for the people who are chosen in 2010 admission.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date. Head of Labor Organization Board, Chief Officer of Vietnam Social Insurance and Directors of provincial and municipal Social Insurances shall implement this Decision./.
