DECISION

ON THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MONUMENT TO FALLEN HEROES

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
At the proposals of the Government Committee for Organization and Personnel, and the People's Committee of Hanoi.

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To assign to the Ministry of Defense (directly to the Command of Military Guard for the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum) the management of the Monument to Fallen Heroes.

Article 2.- The Ministry of the Interior has the responsibility to ensure security and order in the area of the Monument.

The Hanoi People's Committee is responsible for directing the tending of flower garden, ornamental plants, yard and access roads, and the environmental hygiene in the area of the Monument.

Article 3.- The Minister of Defense, the Minister of the Interior, the President of the Hanoi People's Committee, the Minister-Chairman of the Government Committee for Organization and Personnel, and the Director of the Managerial Board of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
