DECISION
ALLOWING THE HEALTH SERVICE TO TAKE FEES ON INSPECTING DRUG SAMPLES, MEDICINAL MATERIALS AND HEALTH EQUIPMENT
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law of Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1994;
Proceeding from the Law on Protection of People's Health on the 30th of June, 1989;
At the proposal of the Minister of Health,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To allow the inspecting facilities of the Health Service to take fees for the service they offer in the inspection of drug samples, medicinal materials and health equipment at the request of domestic and foreign organizations and individuals. The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance shall work together to decide on the fees and take responsibility for them before the Prime Minister.
Article 2.- The fees collected from this service shall be managed and spent in accordance with the provisions on financial management at profit-making administrative units set by the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3.- This Decision shall take effect as from the 1st of October, 1994.
Article 4.- The Minister of Finance and the Minister of Health are responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 5.- The Cabinet ministers, the heads of the agencies of ministerial level and the agencies attached to the Government, and the presidents of the People's Committees in provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for the implementation of the Decision.
