DECISION

ON THE INVENTORIZATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE SOCIAL INSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS DIRECTLY UNDER THE VIETNAM DIRECTLY UNDER THE VIETNAM GENERAL CONFEDERATION OF LABOR, AND THE LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS SERVICE

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 43-CP on the 23rd of June, 1993 of the Government making provisional provisions on the regime of social insurance;

At the proposals of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, and the Minister of Finance,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To inventorize all the property including land, houses, equipment, means, capital, expenditures, public debts and other property of the social insurance work under the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Service and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Article 2.- To instruct the Ministry of Finance to provide professional guidance in property inventorization to help the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to direct the system of social insurance organizations under their jurisdiction in the conduct of the inventorization.

Article 3.- The whole inventorization work must be completed before the 31st of October 1994. The inventorized property of the present social insurance organizations shall be handed over to the new social insurance organization to be set up by decision of the Government.

Article 4.- The Ministry of Finance shall coordinate with the specialized agencies of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to organize the implementation of this Decision.

The Minister of Finance, the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
