Announcing the adjustment of coordination parameters for landing and take-off time at Tan Son Nhat International Airport

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Vietnam Civil Aviation Law dated July 29, 2006 and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Law dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 05/2021/ND-CP dated January 25, 2021, on management and operation of airports and aerodromes;

Pursuant to the Minister of Transport’s Circular No. 29/2021/TT-BGTVT date November 30, 2021, elaborating management and operation of airports and aerodromes;

Pursuant to the Minister of Transport’s Decision No. 2606/QD-BGTVT, dated September 7, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam; the Minister of Transport’s Decision No.  1055/QD-BGTVT, dated May 31, 2019, amending and supplementing the Decision No. 2606/QD-BGTVT dated September 7, 2017;

At the proposal of the Coordinating Council for the time of landing and taking off at Vietnam’s airports and the Head of Air Transport Department;

DECIDES:

Article 1. To announce the adjustment of coordination parameters for runways, taxiways, assurance services of flight operations at Tan Son Nhat International Airport:

1.1. From March 17, 2022 to April 30, 2022

Coordination parameter: 33 flights/hour for the time frames from 06:00-23:55 (local time) and 32 flights/hour for the time frames from 00:00-05:55 (local time).

1.2. From May 01, 2022

Coordination parameter: 44 flights/hour for the time frames from 06:00-23:55 (local time) and 32 flights/hour for the time frames from 00:00-05:55 (local time).

1.3. Other provisions of the Decision No. 641/QD-CHK dated March 25, 2021 of the Director General of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, on announcing the coordination parameters for landing and take-off time at Tan Son Nhat International Airport remain unchanged.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.

Article 3. The General Director of Airports Corporation of Vietnam - CTCP, the Director of Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the General Director of Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation, the Director of Southern Airports Authority, the Head of Airport Management Department, the Head of Flight Operations Management, the Head of Aviation Security Department, the Head of Air Transport Department, Aviation Chief Inspector, the heads of related agencies and units shall implement this Decision./.
