Decision No. 1783/QD-BNN-DMDN dated August 05, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on transferring salary unit price in 2011

MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP  of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending article 3 of the Government’s Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2010/ND-CP dated March 19, 2010 of the Government on transformation of state companies into one-member limited liability companies and management of state-owned one-member limited liability companies;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 86/2007/ND-CP dated May 28, 2007 of the Government regulating management on labors and salaries in 100% state-owned one member limited liability company;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 108/2010/ND-CP dated October 29, 2010 of the Government providing for region-based minimum wage levels for laborers working for Vietnamese companies, enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups, farms, households and individuals and other organizations employing laborers;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 486/QD-BNN-KH dated February 21, 2006 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issuing Technical and Economics Norm on management work of water construction and exploration directly under the management of Bac Nam Ha water construction exploration one member limited company;

At the proposal of the Bac Nam Ha water construction exploration one member limited company at the Statement No. 413TT/CT dated June 23, 2011 and the Manager – Head of Agricultural Business Management and Innovation Board,

DECIDES:
Article 1. To transfer Salary unit price and Salary fund in 2011 of the Bac Nam Ha water construction exploration one member limited company (Company), correlative to plan target of 2011 as follows:

1. Salary unit price per irrigational hectare: 194.230 dong /hectare;

2. Salary unit per one million dong of general exploration business: 258,18 dong /1.000 dong;

3. Supplementary salary fund: 1.295,66 million dong;

4. Salary fund for working overtime: 337, 82 million dong;

5. Salary fund, wage for managing officers: 514 million dong;

* Relevant to the plan on expenditure in 2010 as follows:

- Plan for irrigation: 88.81 hectare;

- Revenue: 4.500 million dong;

- Profit: 200 million dong;

- Pay to state budget: according to regulations

Article 2. Basing on planned salary fund and salary unit price which are appointed, Company’s President shall be responsible for defining salary fund in accordance with regulations at Article 8, clause 2 of Article 13 of the Circular No. 27/2010/TT-BLDTBXH dated September 14, 2010 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Company’s President shall direct regulations on salary payment in accordance with law to ensure democracy, justice, public, transparency, encourage people who have skills, professional knowledge, technique, high productivity to contribute much more in Company’s business results.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect on the signing date; and replaces the Decision No. 1479/QD-BNN-DMDN dated July 04, 2011.

Office Manager, Manager – Head of Agricultural Business Management and Innovation Board, heads of relevant ministerial units, Company’s President and General Director shall implement this Decision./.
