DECISION

On approval of the plan for reduction and simplification of regulations and administrative procedures related to production and business activities under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment's management

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated February 18, 2025;

Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated March 26, 2025, on Program for reduction and simplification of regulations and administrative procedures related to production and business activities for 2025 and 2026;

At the proposal of Minister of Agriculture and Environment.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To approve the plan for reduction and simplification of regulations and administrative procedures related to production and business activities under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment's management (attached hereto).

Article 2. To assign the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and relevant ministries and sectors, within their scope of competence, to:

1. Strictly follow the contents and deadlines specified in the plan for reduction and simplification of regulations and administrative procedures related to production and business activities as approved by the Prime Minister under Article 1 of this Decision.

2. Amend, supplement and repeal according to the competence, or submit to the competent authorities for amendment, supplementation and repeal of regulations and administrative procedures provided in legal documents, by applying the form of a single document amending multiple documents according to simplified procedures as prescribed by the law on formulation and promulgation of legal documents, in order to implement the plans for reduction and simplification of administrative procedures related to production and business activities as approved by the Prime Minister in Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 3. To assign the Government Office to monitor and urge the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, and relevant ministries and agencies to implement this Decision; and synthesize to promptly report to the Prime Minister for settlement in the course of implementation of the plan for reduction and simplification of administrative procedures related to production and business activities as approved by the Prime Minister under Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run provinces and concerned agencies shall implement this Decision./.
