Decision No. 1357/QD-TTg dated August 09, 2011 of the Prime Minister promulgating supplies of antiseptic chemicals in type of national reserve to support Phu Tho province

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December December 25, 2001;

At the proposals of Phu Tho People’s Committee at the Official Dispatch No. 2279/UBND-KT5 dated July 18, 2011, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at the Official Dispatch No. 2142/BNN-TY dated July 26, 2011, opinions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment at the Official Dispatch No. 4963/BKHDT-KTDV dated July 29, 2011, the Ministry of Finance at the Official Dispatch No. 10167/BTC-TCDT dated August 01, 2011,

DECIDES:

Article 1. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development supplies (for free) 50.000 liters of Benkocid antiseptic chemical in type of national reserve to support Phu Tho province

Supplies, management and usage of above vaccine and antiseptic chemicals are in accordance with current regulations.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.

Article 3. Ministers of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, and the President of Phu Tho People’s Committee shall implement this Decision./.
