THE PRIME MINISTER
Decision No. 1317/QD-TTg dated August 03, 2011 of the Prime Minister on appointing Mr. Vu Ba On to take over as member of Management Board of Vietnam Steel Corporation
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the proposals of Ministry of Industry and Trade at the Statement No. 5836/TTr-BCT dated June 29, 2011; of Ministry of Internal Affairs at the Statement No. 53/TTr-BNV dated July 08, 2011,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To appoint Mr. Vu Ba On, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Steel Corporation to take over as member of Management Board of Vietnam Steel Corporation within time-limit.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
Article 3. Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Industry and Trade, President of Management Board of Vietnam Steel Corporation and Mr. Vu Ba On shall implement this Decision./.
