THE PRIME MINISTER

Decision No. 1316/QD-TTg dated August 03, 2011 of the Prime Minister on appointing and changing Member cum Management Board of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies

 Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposals of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies at the Official Dispatch No. 100/NHCS-HDQT dated June 27, 2011; of Ministry of Internal Affairs at the Statement No. 2453/TTr-BNV dated July 11, 2011,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Quy, Deputy Standing President of Vietnam Woman’s Union, to hold concurrently Member of Management Board of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, and replace for Mrs. H’Ngam Nie Kdam, former Deputy President of Vietnam Woman’s Union who was transferred.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.

Article 3. Minister of Internal Affairs, President of  Vietnam Woman’s Union, President of Management Boar of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and the listed name in the Article 1 shall implement this Decision./.
