THE PRIME MINISTER

Decision No. 1292/QD-TTg dated July 29, 2011 of the Prime Minister on approving the elect members of Bac Ninh People’s Committee in 2011 – 2016 term

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the People’s Councils and the People’s Committees dated November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 107/2004/ND-CP dated April 01, 2004 of the Government promulgating numbers of Deputy President and member structure of People’s Committees in all levels amended and supplemented in accordance with the Decree No. 82/2008/ND-CP dated July 30, 2008 and the Decree No. 27/2009/ND-CP dated March 19, 2009;

At the proposal of Bac Ninh People’s Committee at the Statement No. 1486/TTr-UBND dated July 21, 2011 and proposal of the Minister of Internal Affairs at the Statement No. 2739/TTr-BNV dated July 27, 2011,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To dismiss Mr. Bui Vinh Kien from the position Deputy President of Bac Ninh People’s Committee in 2011 – 2016 term to take over new position.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date to issue.

Minister of Internal Affairs, President of Bac Ninh People’s Council, People’s Committee and Mr. Bui Vinh Kien shall implement this Decision./.
