THE PRIME MINISTER

Decision No. 1175/QD-TTg dated July 18, 2011 of the Prime Minister on appointing Member Council of Vietnam National Railways One Member Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 25/2010/ND-CP dated March 19, 2010 of the Government on transformation of state companies into one-member limited liability companies and management of state-owned one-member limited liability companies;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 9738/QD-TTg dated June 25, 2010 of the Prime Minister on transferring Vietnam National Railways to state-owned one-member limited liability company;

At the proposals of the Ministry of Transport at the report No. 8114/BGTVT-TCCB dated June 03, 2011; the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the Report No. 2121/TTr-BNV dated June 22, 2011,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To appoint Member Council of the Vietnam National Railways One Member Limited Liability Company as follows:

1.     Mr. Nguyen Huu Bang, President of the Board of Management, as the President of the Member Council;

2.     Mr. Nguyen Dat Tuong, member of the the Board of Management, General Director, as member of the Member Council;

3.     Mr. Tran Phuc Tien, member of the the Board of Management, as member of the Member Council;

4.     Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thanh, member of the the Board of Management cum head of Control Board, as member of the Member Council;

5.     Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong, member of the the Board of Management, as member of the Member Council;

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the signing date.

Article 3. Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Transport, Member Council of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines and above listed names in Article 1 shall implement this Decision./.
