Circular No. 42/2018/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 28, 2018 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on repealing the Circular No. 31/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 05, 2016 on order of using investment capital, buying property, goods and services to maintain regular activities; handle state property at administrative agencies, public business units under the management of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 on detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 15/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 defining functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Financial;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates a Circular providing on repealing the Circular of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development
Article 1. To repeal the Circular No. 31/2016/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 05, 2016 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on order of using investment capital, buying property, goods and services to maintain regular activities; handle state property at administrative agencies, public business units under the management of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. Effect
This Circular takes effect on February 11, 2019.
Article 3. Implementation responsibility
Director of the Department of Financial, Heads of Ministry units and other relevant agencies take responsibility to implement this Circular.
