THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 48/2015/ND-CP dated May 15, 2015 on guidance for implementation of the Law on Vocational Education;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 14/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 defining the Functions, Tasks, Powers and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the request of the General Director of the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training;

The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates a Circular on promulgation of the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations of post-secondary education and college levels.

Article 1.To attach with this Circular the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations of post-secondary education and college levels.

Article 2.This Circular takes effect on February 12, 2018. Ministries, regulatory authorities and local governments shall base on this Circular to implement regulations on vocational education and training with respect of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations of post-secondary education and college levels. The Circular No. 20/2014/TT-BLĐTBXH dated August 26, 2014 by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on promulgation of the list of arduous, hazardous and dangerous occupations of post-secondary education and college levels shall be null and void from the date of entry into force of this Circular.

Article 3.Ministries, Ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies, socio-political organizations, People’s Committees of provinces or central-affiliated cities, training institutions organizing vocational training as registered and relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular.

Any difficulties arising in the course of implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for consideration./.
