Summary

5 border gates allowing the import of under-16 seat passenger cars

On December 10, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issues the Circular No. 21/2021/TT-BCT prescribing border gates of import of under-16 seat passenger cars.

Specifically, under-16 seat passenger cars may be imported into Vietnam only through seaport border gates in Quang Ninh (Cai Lan), Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa (Nghi Son), Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

This Circular takes effect on January 24, 2022.
