DECISION
On appointing Mr. Pham Quang Dzung to hold the position of Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam

THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the 2015 Law on Organization of the Government, which was amended and supplemented in 2019;
Pursuant to opinions of the Secretary in Document No. 8758-CV/VPTW dated December 19, 2023, on appointment of person to hold the position of Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam;
In consideration of the Minister of Home Affairs’ proposal in Report No. 439/TTr-BNV dated December 11, 2023; and the Designated Party Representations’ in Report No. 40-TTr/BCSD dated November 24, 2023;
DECIDES:
Article 1. To appoint Mr. Pham Quang Dzung - Secretary of the Party Committee - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam to hold the position of Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2024.
Article 3. The Minister of Home Affairs, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam and Mr. Pham Quang Dzung shall implement this Decision./.
