DECREE
Modifying the lists of narcotic substances and precursors promulgated together with the Government’s Decree No. 57/2022/ND-CP of August 25, 2022, providing the lists of narcotic substances and precursors
Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government; and the November 22, 2019 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration;
Pursuant to the March 30, 2021 Law on Drug Prevention and Control;
Pursuant to the November 27, 2015 Penal Code; and the June 20, 2017 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Penal Code;
Pursuant to the November 21, 2007 Law on Chemicals;
Pursuant to the April 6, 2016 Law on Pharmacy;
At the proposal of the Minister of Public Security;
The Government promulgates the Decree modifying the lists of narcotic substances and precursors promulgated together with the Government’s Decree No. 57/2022/ND-CP of August 25, 2022, providing the lists of narcotic substances and precursors.
Article 1. To add substances to the list of narcotic substances
1. To add the following substances to List II “Narcotic substances allowed for restricted use in analysis, testing, scientific research and criminal investigation or in the health sector under regulations of competent agencies”:

Article 2. Effect
This Decree takes effect on July 17, 2024.
Article 3. Organization of implementation
Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, and chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees shall implement this Decree.-
