On publishing new administrative procedures in the Government’s Decree No. 93/2016/ND-CP dated July 01, 2016, providing for conditions for manufacture of cosmetic products

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2012/ND-CP dated August 31, 2012, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010, on controlling administrative procedures; the Government’s Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decrees concerning control of administrative procedures;

At the proposal of the Director of the Drug Administration of Vietnam.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To publish together with this Decision 03 new administrative procedures in the Government’s Decree No. 93/2016/ND-CP dated July 01, 2016, providing for conditions for manufacture of cosmetic products.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from July 01, 2016.

Article 3. The Chief of Office, the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs, agencies, Heads of the General Departments, Departments, Health Departments of provinces and centrally-run cities and relevant units shall implement this Decision./.
