On the announcement of the List of administrative procedures with amended and supplemented charge rates under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 43/2024/TT-BTC dated June 28, 2024 within the management of the Ministry of Health

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 95/2022/ND-CP dated November 15, 2022 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 08, 2010, on controlling administrative procedures; the Government’s Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decrees concerning control of administrative procedures; the Government’s Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 7, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the decrees concerning control of administrative procedures;

Pursuant to the Government Office’s Circular No. 02/2017/TT-VPCP dated October 31, 2017, on guidelines on control of administrative procedures;

Pursuant to the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 59/2023/TT-BTC dated August 30, 2023, prescribing the rates, collection, remittance, management and use of charges in the medical sector;

Pursuant to the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 43/2024/TT-BTC dated June 28, 2024, providing a number of charge and fee rates to continue to support and remove difficulties for business and production;

At the proposal of Chief of the Ministry of Health's Office.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To announce together with this Decision the List of administrative procedures with amended and supplemented charge rates in the fields of Medical examination and treatment; Medical equipment; Traditional medicine and Preventive medicine within the management of the Ministry of Health as defined in the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 43/2024/TT-BTC dated June 28, 2024, providing a number of charge and fee rates to continue to support and remove difficulties for business and production.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2024 until the end of December 31, 2024.

From January 1, 2025 onwards, the charge rates announced in this Decision shall comply with the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 59/2023/TT-BTC dated August 30, 2023 (announced in the Ministry of Health’s Decision No. 3813/QD-BYT dated October 10, 2023 on the announcement of the list of administrative procedures with amended and supplemented charge rates under the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 59/2023/TT-BTC dated August 30, 2023 within the management of the Ministry of Health).

Article 3. Department of Medical Service Administration, Department of Medical Equipment and Works, Agency of Traditional Medicine Administration, Health Environment Management Agency, General Department of Preventive Medicine shall coordinate with the Ministry Office in updating the charge rates of administrative procedures prescribed in the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 43/2024/TT-BTC dated June 28, 2024 into the National database on administrative procedures; the Ministry of Health’s information system for handling administrative procedures.

Article 4.  Chief of the Ministry Office; Directors of Department of Legal Affairs, Department of Medical Service Administration, Department of Medical Equipment and Works, Agency of Traditional Medicine Administration, Health Environment Management Agency, General Department of Preventive Medicine; Heads of Departments and Ministry Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health; Directors of Departments of Health of provinces and centrally run cities, and heads of related units shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
