CIRCULAR
Providing the list of diseases and disease status eligible for telehealth

Pursuant to the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment No. 15/2023/QH15 dated January 1, 2023;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 95/2022/ND-CP dated November 15, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Medical Services Administration,
The Minister of Health hereby promulgates the Circular providing the list of diseases and disease status eligible for telehealth.
Article 1. List of diseases and disease status eligible for telehealth
Diseases and disease status eligible for telehealth are provided in the List to this Circular.
Article 2. Effect
This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2024.
Any difficulty and trouble arising in the course of implementation shall be promptly reported to the Ministry of Health (the Department of Medical Services Administration) for consideration and settlement./.
