CIRCULAR
On repealing part of a number of legal documents promulgated by the Minister of Health

Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015; the Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; the Government’s Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 95/2022/ND-CP dated November 15, 2022 on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Directors of Legal Department; Department of Health Insurance; Department of Medical Services Administration;Vietnam Food Administration;
The Minister of Health issues the Circular on repealing part of a number of legal documents promulgated by the Minister of Health.
Article 1. Repealing part of 04 Circulars promulgated by the Minister of Health
To repeal part of the following Circulars:
1. Clause 3 Article 5, Clause 3 Article 8 of the Minister of Health's Circular No. 30/2020/TT-BYT dated January 31, 2020, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 146/2018/ND-CP dated October 17, 2018, detailing, and guiding measures to implement, a number of articles of the Law on Health Insurance.
2. Article 6 and Article 8 of the Minister of Health’s Circular No. 18/2020/TT-BYT dated November 12, 2020, regulating nutrition activities in hospitals.
3. Clause 3 Article 4, Article 5 of the Minister of Health’s Circular No. 21/2020/TT-BYT dated November 30, 2020, guiding the internship of medical practitioners to obtain general practice certificates and Form of evaluation on the medical examination and treatment internship issued together with this Circular.
4. Article 13 of the Minister of Health’s 24/2019/TT-BYT dated August 30, 2019 on prescribing the management and use of food additives.
Article 2. Effect
This Decree takes effect on the signing date.
Article 3. Implementation responsibility
Chief of Ministry Office, Chief Inspector of the Ministry, Director of Legal Department; Directors of Departments under the Ministry of Health; ; Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry; Directors of Departments of Health of provinces and centrally-run cities; Heads of health agencies under ministries and sectors; relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular./.
