Resolution 51/NQ-CP 2022 on the proposal for elaboration of a resolution and a draft resolution of the National Assembly on pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province

RESOLUTION

On the proposal for elaboration of a resolution and a draft resolution of the National Assembly on pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the November 22, 2019 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration;

In consideration of the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment in Report No. 2189/TTr-BKHDT of April 4, 2022, on the proposal for elaboration of a resolution and a draft resolution of the National Assembly on pilot implementation of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. The Government agrees to the proposal for elaboration of a resolution; and approves contents of a draft resolution and a draft report of the Government on the National Assembly’s Resolution on pilot implementation of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province at the request of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

Article 2. To assign the Minster of Justice, as authorized by the Prime Minister, to sign on behalf of the Government its report to the National Assembly Standing Committee on proposed addition of the National Assembly’s Resolution on pilot implementation of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province to the 2022 law- and ordinance-making program; and to submit a draft resolution to the National Assembly at its third session (to be held in May 2022) according to the fast-track order and procedures for consideration and adoption at a session.

Article 3. To assign the Minister of Planning and Investment, as authorized by the Prime Minister, to sign on behalf of the Government its report on the National Assembly’s draft resolution on pilot implementation of special mechanisms and policies for development of Khanh Hoa province before submitting it to the National Assembly Standing Committee and National Assembly for consideration and adoption at its third session (to be held in May, 2022).-
