THE STATE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,

PROMULGATES:
1. The Ordinance on Negotiable Instruments
2. The Ordinance on Goods Quality,
which were passed by the Standing Committee of the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on December 24, 1999.
