At the proposal of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province in the Submission No.11/TTr-UBND dated March 31, 2010 and No.03/TTr-UBND dated January 12, 2011; opinion of the Ministry of Planning and Investment in the Document No.2657/BKHDT-QLKKT April 28, 2011 on amendment and supplement of the planning to develop the industrial zones in the areas of Ninh Thuan province to 2020, the Prime Minister's comments are as follows:
1. To agree to convert the project of Ca Na Complex zone of producing steel, Ninh Thuan province into Ca Na Industrial zone and supplement an area of 1,000 ha into this industrial zone and in the list of industrial zone expected for priority to set up newly to 2015 and with an orientation toward 2020, issued together with the Decision No.1107/QD-TTg dated August 21, 2006 of the Prime Minister.
2. Chairman of Ninh Thuan provincial People's Committee collects opinions of the concerned ministries, branches to direct the concerned agencies of the province and the investors make synchronously the investment solutions to efficiently build the industrial zones which were established and included in the planning. The addition of other industrial zones in the planning of development of the industrial zones will be considered when the planning of economic - social development and land use planning to 2020 of Ninh Thuan province is approved and meets the conditions as prescribed./.
