Regarding the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's proposal in the Report No. 46/TTr-BTNMT dated August 31, 2021, on approving the Development Strategy for Natural Resource and Environment Sector through 2030, with a vision towards 2040, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh requests:
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to continue to accept opinions of relevant ministries; clarify the necessity and legal and practical grounds for the formulation and promulgation of the Strategy.
