Official Dispatch 601/NHNN-TTGSNH 2022 on clearing up some provisions of Circular 41/2016/TT-NHNN

On December 30, 2016, the Governor of the State Bank (SBV) promulgates the Circular No. 41/2016/TT-NHNN defining the capital safety ratios of banks, branches of foreign banks (hereinafter referred to as Circular 41). For the uniform implementation of the Circular 41, the Governor of the State Bank notifies as follows:

The SBV synthesizes questions related to provisions in the Circular 41 by banks and branches of foreign banks, the responses for such questions and posts them at the Section of SBV’s Forum (section of research and exchange) on the SBV’s portal. State Bank’s branches of provinces and cities; banks, branches of foreign banks are required to access the portal for research and implementation.
