           Implementing the Plan No. 3997/KH-UBND dated November 30, 2021 of the City People's Committee on organizing on-site learning at education institutions in Ho Chi Minh City.

Implementing the Official Dispatch No. 4491/UBND-KGVX dated December 31, 2021 of the City People's Committee on continuing to organize on-site teaching at education institutions in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Department of Education and Training requests the heads of the Education and Training Divisions of districts and Thu Duc city, the heads of the non-public education institutions (including Foreign Languages - Informatics Centers, centers engaged in life skill-based education and extracurricular activities) to seriously implement the following contents:

1. Foreign Languages​​ - Informatics Centers, units engaged in life skill-based education and extracurricular activities are allowed to organize on-site learning when meeting the following conditions:

- Being inspected and appraised by the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of Thu Duc city or districts for COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control plans at education institutions before organizing on-site learning.

- Participants in teaching, working, and learning must have received at least 01 dose of vaccines (for vaccines requiring 2 doses) after 14 days or have recovered from COVID-19; persons who are required to be vaccinated but cannot be vaccinated due to contraindications must have a certificate of contraindication from a medical authority.

2. Units must comply with regulations and safety criteria in the set of safety assessment criteria in the COVID-19 prevention and control promulgated together with the Decision No. 3588/QD-BCD dated October 15, 2021, of Ho Chi Minh City Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

3. Agreeing with learners and learners' parents before organizing on-site teaching at education institutions.

4. The unit makes a report updating the situation of learners directly studying at the unit before 20h00 every day at the link: https://bit.ly/baocaotrungtam to summarize and report according to regulations.
