Official Dispatch 3323/CATP-PV01 Ho Chi Minh City 2021 on implementing the guidance applied to checkpoints

In order to resolve the difficulties, problems arising in control of vehicles and people on the road during the imposition of social distancing measure, the Director of the City Public Security requests polices of units and localities to implement the contents guiding the control of traffic as follows:

1. To disseminate GUIDANCE ON INSPECTION AT CKECKPOINTS IN URBAN AREAS OF THE CITY (that is issued together with this Official Dispatch and shall be applied from August 29, 2021) so that all officers and soldiers at checkpoints master such contents.

2. Police of localities shall makes photocopies of the guidance on INSPECTION AT CKECKPOINTS IN URBAN AREAS OF THE CITY and send it to each officer, soldier; publicize such guidance at all checkpoints in the localities before 09:00 on August 29, 2021; this guidance must be implemented in a synchronous manner at checkpoints in urban areas.

3. Working groups of the Ministry of Public Security and the City Public Security shall carry out unscheduled inspection at checkpoints and request officers and soldiers to respond to questions related to regulations on control of people on the road and pandemic prevention and control. Officers and soldiers failing to master the disseminated contents shall be recorded in minutes and handled according to regulations.

The Director of the City Public Security request heads of units to urgently organize the strict implementation of this guidance.
